Meet Jendayi

Jendayi’s passion for real estate began more than 30 years ago in Detroit, MI when she launched the Neighborhood Recovery Company, LLC to purchase and rehabilitate existing houses in targeted inner-city communities. After leaving Detroit in 2004, Jendayi began a career in legal education which spanned 18 years and three states. During her tenure in legal education, she taught contract and property law, and her passion for property was rekindled.

Jendayi is committed to educating current and potential property owners about the importance of building generational wealth through property ownership and retention.
