Meet the Team

Billy Ross was raised in Compton, and as a child, he overcame insurmountable odds to become the first in his family to graduate college. His first career was in human services and social work, where he served underprivileged communities in and around Los Angeles. He found meaning in this rewarding work, but buying his first home in 2002 (with his wife of now over 20 years) introduced him to a new passion.

In 2006 he began working full-time in real estate as an appraiser trainee. In this role, he learned the art, science and importance of real estate valuation. In 2007 he became a licensed broker and focused his attention on professional sales. In 2008 he joined a firm and quickly established a reputation as a knowledgeable, honest, hard-working agent. His passion for people and vision to build a successful team of committed real estate professionals inspired him to become an independent agent in 2015, and launch his own company two years later. In 2017 Billy Ross, Realtor was born.
